Well, here I go again. November finds me heavier than I had hoped, the scales having gone up rather than down as intended. Hmmm
It's been a very difficult few months for lots of reasons and I have found solace in eating - but now I'm feeling a little stronger and frankly vanity is saying "do something about this!" every time I look in the mirror.
So I'm going to ease myself back onto the 5-2 fasting diet that worked well in the summer, and of course I shall step up the exercise. Walking, cycling, swimming, dancing and maybe tennis will be my activities of choice - rather than facebook-gazing, wine drinking, fridge raiding, snack-munching and sofa-lazing that I have been over indulging in recently.
So now I'm off for a walk in the rain - or a swim (could be the same in this weather!)
