Red palm oil likely helped me lose weight this week too.
I just started using raw red palm oil this last week (don't used processed). It's fascinating. It looks a bit like baked sweet potato (the inside part), but melts in your hand when you touch it. It's orange. The taste is light. Lots of A in it. :) It revs the metabolism right away, unlike other fats. It has antioxidants/omega 3- it lowers cholesterol, helps fight heart disease- it can remove placque build up in arteries! It's an anti-inflammatory. It has all kinds of great health benefits!
