Thank you for your prayers my friends, blogging to let all know how Vernon is doing and to thank all of you.
My brother saw the doctor yesterday and the doctor removed the bandage, said it looked good, gave Vern a list of what to do and not do. He's not really good at doing what he's told to do, but a I said before, HE WANTS TO RIDE HIS HARLEY. That's not going to be allowed if he can't see. Vernon is number 2 of the 10 of us, I'm the first born. We have always been close, but of late he's taken to PROTECTING us when he or his wife have health issues. I informed the man that if we don't know we can't pray for specifics-he needs to be less like our mom-that got him irate, but I think I made my point. I won't be finding he's having surgery from one of his daughter's post on FB.
I could revert to our childhood days and call him a few names, but I won't. I love him a bunch and want him happy and healthy with good eyes.
Thanks again for the bushels of prayers, we are not over the hill yet.
