Here is Day's 2 ? out of the 21 with the THINKING CHallenge I am doing for the next 21 days. FEEL FREE to start off with yesterdays ? and JOIN US !!
Imagine you have met your new short- or medium-term goal or challenge. What would you like to say happened for you while you were working toward that goal?
As I have worked towards my SHORT Term goal of losing 12 lbs (This had started 2nd week of Oct) I would hope,, that I've MADE IT !! With that TRUE SUCCESS will come MORE PRIDE In myself for being DETERMINED,,,, which it TAKES me to be in order to do this. FOR the MOMENT I START to over eat,,,,, I'll EASILY THROW IT ALL AWAY and in the past,, I've REGAINED my Losses,, and THAN SOME !!! Last yr from 174, UP TO 228 !! OH MY !!!! I can NOT HAVE THIS !!! So in the last 5% challenge,, I DID LOSE ,, and ACHIEVED the GOAL by losing the 5% !! WOOHOOO And during the break,,,, I DID regain 3 of those lbs, but I had only lost 2 of them,, cos of not feeling that great. During the break I was NOT AT ALL Surprised the scale went BACK UP, so now I am working at these 12 lbs still. I was at 211 when I just made this goal on my page,, but, I REALLY WANT to HIT ONDERLAND During this challenge, but it'll DEPEND On my body. I m again NOT feeling well,,, when one has fibro (Fibromyalgia,, live is NOT easy,, and it wears U out soo much,, I am temp (I HOPE !) in a flare up).
So with this goal,, ALREADY I've done as I IMAGINED,, that my thighs are NO LONGAH HITTING against each other as they did this past winter !! I am now also MAKING the 5% slowly but, SUreLY week by week,, the slower I go,, as long as it's steady,,, I SHOULD obtain my goal, n' feel so much better physically. I WANT to by march be in size 16 jeans. I just went from a 20 to an 18,,, n' so yeah, I am giving IT MY ALL !!!
