I haven't lost any weight ( in fact I am up 2 pounds from last week due to fast food and Halloween candy) but I have maintained a 12 day intentional exercise streak!
I usually do 10-15 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds in the morning before work. I am also rereading The Spark. The last time I read it was in 2010 while on my honeymoon. As I am rereading it, I am viewing it from a different perspective since I am in at a different place on my life compared to then.
Sorry to my 5% challenge team by the way, I have been pretty much no help since I haven't been logging on to spark to post and contribute my exercise minutes. I will try my best to head over to the team.
