8 am: decaf with 1/4 cup cream
10:30 am: scrambled eggs with sausage, prepared for me expertly at our food co-op, what a treat!
2:30pm: a few nuts
5:30pm: 1 cup yogurt with 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 oz. hazelnuts
9pm: crustless pan pizza, made with broccoli-rabe, mushrooms, ground beef cooked in lots of coconut oil, onions, tomato sauce, Italian herbs and mozzarella cheese on top
Exercise: I went for a longer uphill walk today, enjoying the sunshine and the dogs playing. I suspect tomorrow I'll get to enjoy sore calf muscles.
