Each month, I make goals for the month. This month I am going to be short and to the point. My goal for this month is to maintain my healthy eating and to exercise for 30 minutes or more 3-5 days a week. I plan to weight train two days out of the week and incorporate Yoga into my weekly exercise schedule. Maintenance throughout the holiday season is in the forefront of my mind.
