November Goals

Each month, I make goals for the month. This month I am going to be short and to the point. My goal for this month is to maintain my healthy eating and to exercise for 30 minutes or more 3-5 days a week. I plan to weight train two days out of the week and incorporate Yoga into my weekly exercise schedule. Maintenance throughout the holiday season is in the forefront of my mind. emoticon
