Have you set a new short- or medium-term goal or challenge recently?
I am attempting to set some short and medium term goals. Goal setting is a weak point of mine. Short term is 30 days so Iím going with:
1) 10,000 step EVERY day (I blew this in October),
2) Stay in calorie range 5 of 7 days per week
3) ST 3 days a week
Do you have a goal or challenge that you have been working on for a while? What is it?
I really want to build muscle! I donít like my muffin top and I have absolutely no tone/definition.
What do you hope to gain from it?
I know I will enjoy my appearance more and I will be more confident.
Iíve been going since 5 am. I still have a dog to train so I will be going until 10 tonight. Iím not exactly certain how Iím going to get my cardio in tonight but I WILL get it in. Iím at 6,500 steps so I can do this. I also have 30 minutes of cardio in the books. So 30 minutes and 3,500 steps before I can go to bed. I can do this.
