October Review and November Plans (oh-oh...)

My BLC team wants us to blog about our October plans - pass/fail? and our November plans coming up. So here goes:

October started off really well. I swam twice a week, did all the Weekend Challenges, and the TnTs and the LCWs, with only a little complaining (oh, ok, maybe more complaining than I would like to admit), but I stuck with it and have a weight loss of 7 lbs., which is halfway to my goal of a 14# loss. emoticon
(A-hem... this is in spite of the popcorn/Oreo night a couple of evenings ago. I wallowed and swallowed and that was that. Recorded everything - 2995 calories in - and will emoticon !)

But November is a new month and new challenges...AGAIN?
and I will persevere in the face of it all - the stuffing, the pumpkin pie, the pecan pie, the rolls and butter...oh, the rolls and butter, my lovelies...NO! I will be a vigilant Sapphire Soldier, ever on guard against the pumpkin pie, the pecan pie, the stuffing, the rolls and butter...Oh, dear God, how will I get through this, especially since I have to cook/bake it all?

A little bit of each thing and no more. No eating another little bit the next day...and the next...until it's all gone and inside me! I will not do this to myself! I will track and track, and I will ask my teammates for help as needed, and I will remain Sapphire Strong!

But what about the other 29 November days? I will try to eat at the bottom of my range, will continue to swim, will continue to workout and will add a day of weights each week. I will get stronger, both in mind, body, and spirit. That is my goal for November.
