I have not felt well today. Perhaps it was the post-adrenaline drop from worrying about Bill's needle biopsy. That is the least of the bad news of the day.
Early in the day came the news of the gun violence at LAX. I learned, however, that none of my coworkers, according to our travel agent, were scheduled to be in that terminal at that time. Still, prayers for the wounded, for the traumatized and for the family of the dead, not to mention for the first responders and other caregivers.
Then I saw a blog from a member of one of my Sparkteams that her daughter was stabbed. She was 9 months pregnant and they delivered a baby girl via C-section. Hubby was overseas (military) and, from what I saw, made it home in time for the surgery. There is no further word on the mother/wife/daughter but my prayers continue. The baby girl needs prayers, too.
Bill was in a *mood* when I got home and took it out on me (verbally). I am just numb.
Movember report: I did not walk much, but I did take the stairs 3 times and did some stretching. So much more to do! I want to drop to a size 14 by my birthday in late March.
Tomorrow is my long day at the dealership. Catch 22. Hate working a second job, but so grateful for the opportunity. I NEED the money! I'm having my oil changed during my lunch break, so I anticipate getting in a good walk during that time.
