Finished 4.8 miles.
20 second running/1 minute walking intervals for first mile.
Decreased warm-up to 5 minutes from 10 minutes.
LOTS of neighbors for chats and walked with other neighbors .... so the pace is irrelevant. Got in some running according to the plan. And completed a 4.7 mile walk (minimum) on alternate days.
