Week 10 weigh in

Happy Friday! Weigh in this week was not great…but I faced the music and weighed in. I gained 2 pounds. It is not where I wanted to be, but I know where I am going. It is clear to me that I need to get back to what I know works…planning ahead. I can’t think that I can just get by if I don’t do what I know works. Planning and working out. This week, I am back at it. One way or another, meals will be planned ahead and workouts will be done. That is my goal for the week. I am wondering if I need to focus on my goals, one week at a time. Perhaps if I am breaking it down smaller, it will help.

By the way, anyone have any suggestions for when you are craving salt?? I have been craving salt like there is now tomorrow. I am trying to find something else that I can have that will help me beat the craving.

    Smaller goals work better for me. I reach one and then move to the next always close to something and not having it seem soooo far away and almost unreachable. Tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to get it right!
