So it's the first day of November and I am really motivated to make it a good month. In one of my teams, the leader is just encouraging us to get the points up there. Well, fun competition plays right to my wheelhouse I suppose. If you work the points, you're reading articles, saturating your mind with motivational mindsets and you're exercising; even socializing with others trying to do the same thing you are.
25 points for reading 5 articles? ok Upward of 24 points for exercising. Cool beans. The Fit Food and Skinny Jeans challenges also get the points up there, but in the background, I'm getting healthier. I love how Spark People makes this fun.
Let's see how big we can get our numbers up there. Anybody else in?
