Lucky! Okay I guess lucky is the wrong term... that -1.5 was deserved :) Been really good with my "new diet plan" .. okay that new diet plan is actually just called ..actually trying.

I am really happy to see 227. I was sort of expecting more because I had a sneak peek weigh in on tuesday and was 227.. but hey, the day after halloween... I was happy to see ANY loss! (I didn't even really eat candy, just carbs haha)

Next week I would LOOOOVE to see 225! So thats what I am shooting for :D After having sooooo many weeks of maintains and gains, it feels SO great seeing losses the past few weeks! Here is to another loss next week! emoticon
