Goals for November:

1. Training for the Santa Hustle according to Galloway's plan for time.
2. 20 minutes of exercise every day.
3. Hip exercises and bicycle crunches every day.
4. Acknowledge something I am grateful for each day.

Today I am supremely thankful for my beautiful granddaughter!
