Realistic November Goals

My goals for November are not so much focused on dropping weight (that will happen as a natural result) as it is for stabilizing my health:

Focus #1: Physically, by continuing acupuncture treatments and using the 2 ViniYoga dvds (strengthening the upper back/neck/shoulders and lower back/hips/sacrum) so I can stay (relatively) pain-free! I want to make this a part of my daily routine just like brushing and flossing my teeth. It's that important.

Focus #2: Improving my diet by adding more freggies and whole foods as well as the a herbal routine to help stabilize my gut (IBS/diverticulitis) that I started Nov 1.

Focus #3: Find balance in my spiritual/emotional well being by practicing the things (relaxation/prayer) I have been researching these past few months. Especially focusing on the way I relate to stress. This is an ongoing process that I have been making a huge focus this past year. No doubt I'll be getting a chance to 'practice' more as the holidays draw near!!!

With these things in place, I am looking forward to this being the best Christmas ever.
