I have not really lost a lot of weight lately. A pound here and there, but not like when I first started. I know I have to check my eating and get back on track with that, and I have to exercise more. I track all of my foods and I know that I am not going to gain any weight, I am usually about 100 calories under my target calories for the day. But some days I am 100 over my calorie range. So I know I can maintain but I have a lot to lose still so I am not ready for maintaining yet.
I am going to have to really recommit and buckle down.
