Loved the series! Tea is one of my tricks. When I'm tempted to eat my way through the afternoon, I just keep brewing cups of herbal tea. In between, I spend a lot of time in the bathroom.

I think about how uncomfortable it is to be in ill-fitting clothes. I don't always care about how I look, but I always care about being comfortable.

I always work at fixing nontraditional foods during the holidays. If I don't have turkey-stuffing-mashed-and-gravy-wi
th-a-side-of-pie, I'm much less likely to overindulge!!

For Thanksgiving, we're having lamb chops and roasted veggies.

    1. Keep healthy food in the fridge.

2. Keep a little "oinker" on the fridge. Visual -- each and every time there is a temptation to go into the fridge mindlessly.

It may sound strange or not but my trick on Holiday eating is I took my picture of me at my heaviest weight and put in on the fridge. my seeing that me at 250 pounds draws me away from the extra food because my determination is not to go back to that girl.
