I want to remind myself to do my home shoulder exercises.
I have been getting physical therapy. Yesterday I asked the PT to show me things I can do on the gym machines. One exercise was on the rowing machine. And today SP featured this at home exercise I can do also. My weights will be really, really light!
I can do "rowing in the pool" with my aquafit dumbells. In deep end lieing pretty much on my stomach, head up, pull the dumbells towards you tucking your feet up to your chest at the same time then as you lean back, straighten legs so you have gone from your front to your back. The relax pushing the weights back in front and going back onto your front. That "pull" is intense and I often make lots of growling noises, hehehe. It is a full body workout but I love it for my shoulders and arms and stomache! My friend made this move up while we were working out and I LOVE it. You can do a less intense version leaning forward and back while rowing in the pool. 1089 days ago
I wanted to buy a rowing machine from a company that sends me catalogs . just when I was going to order it they no longer have it in their catalog .I am looking for this and someday I will find it again . be careful not to overdo. like anything you can do to much . 1089 days ago
