My goal is healthy eating .

The key to that is to be prepared. Setting myself up should help me make healthy choices during the temptations of "Season's Eatings!" (Thanks TRAVELGRRL)
What to do:
Eat more plants.
Add a serving of vegetables to each meal.
Have a backup plan, emergency meals.
Stock the house with healthy choices.
Only buy what is on my list.
Only buy real foods.
Take a taste, not a helping
Keep a food journal.
Planned, not spontaneous treats.
Eat only until 80% full (hara hachi bu)
Shut down the kitchen, after dinner.
