How far i have come something to keep in mind.

So far this month has been pretty good. I still have things to work on since I really haven't lost weight in a really long time. So I will be listing my goals but first some NSV's I am now in medium shirts large is too big woo hoo. I'm in size 12 pants and their lose tens are still to tight but I will get their this month.

I have lost fifty pounds overall so far I seem to have forget how far I have come I need to keep this in mind for this next month.

so here are my goals for Nov:

1. Track everyday I did pretty good last month but I still missed days going for thirty days of tracking.

2. Core workouts did none in October.

3. Eat three meals aday.

4. Motto this month is I matter.

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween. Lets kick November's butt.

  I think "I Matter" is key. It's not that others don't matter but that WE matter just as much, and have as much claim to our attention, care and time as they (spouse, clients,children, parents, siblings, friends) do.

    I sometimes put a few post-it notes throughout the house to make me remember how far I've come. It helps to keep focus. Congrats on your progress.

    Gorgeous! As I've just hit the 50 pound mark, I am finding that I need to celebrate this huge accomplishment a LOT more than I need to nitpick about what the next goal is. GOOD FOR US!

    THAT is exciting!!! Medium shirts and loose size 12s???? I can't even imagine, but I am so happy for you. Way to go!!

I know the feeling of the obnoxious plateau, but we can bust them!!

I hope you had a Happy Halloween! I got home late and never even got to carve a pumpkin so I was sad - I love Halloween, and didn't even really get to celebrate. But I did get ONE trick or treater at about 7pm, so that made me happy. Gave him a big fistful of candy, hahaha.
