So far this month has been pretty good. I still have things to work on since I really haven't lost weight in a really long time. So I will be listing my goals but first some NSV's I am now in medium shirts large is too big woo hoo. I'm in size 12 pants and their lose tens are still to tight but I will get their this month.
I have lost fifty pounds overall so far I seem to have forget how far I have come I need to keep this in mind for this next month.
so here are my goals for Nov:
1. Track everyday I did pretty good last month but I still missed days going for thirty days of tracking.
2. Core workouts did none in October.
3. Eat three meals aday.
4. Motto this month is I matter.
