I'm getting in my groove now, altough I did not have time to eat for a while it didn't bother me.
8am: decaf with 1/4 cup cream
1pm: decaf with 1/4 cup cream
3pm: 3/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 oz. almonds, 1 oz. brazil nuts
5:30pm: 1/2 pound hamburger, 1/2 cup clover sprouts, lettuce, onion, 1 oz. cheddar cheese
9pm: 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/2 apple and cinnamon
exercise: 45 min. walking, mucking out at the barn
Since my first week is over and my body has adjusted well to ketosis again I will increase my exercise as of tomorrow.
