Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain! We took the kids trick or treating tonight. They got tons of candy...and I've only had one piece so far! It will be interesting to see how the next week or so goes, but I've gotten better about rationing...and tossing when needed.
I looked at some of the challenges SP has and decided to go with the 28 day bootcamp. I've done it before and it's pretty effective, AND, it fits in easily with what I'm already doing. I plan to start that tomorrow since it's the start of a new month.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5K run and boot camp video
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
