Drs sheesh!

Thursday, October 31, 2013

So after seeing my dr yesterday in regards to my problem, she advised me to go to emergency if I haven't stopped bleeding by today. So I went... and they didn't want to do anything in regards to stopping the bleeding. So I just have to deal with it! Ugh! I hope it goes away by Monday for swimming. I missed yesterday because I just didn't think it was wise to go in the pool in my condition, and I don't want to miss anymore classes.

So I have another session with the trainer on Tuesday, I'm thinking I should cancel until I am better. I actually didn't want a trainer, I really just wanted to start getting in a good run. Maybe in the new year I would get a trainer, but not now.

It will take at least two weeks before you stop bleeding from giving childbirth, Nothing that you can do to speed it up. Just don't get to ruff with your body or you may end up in the hospital with more serious problems.

Obviously ou know your body best... the gym DOESN'T! If you wanted to bank your training sessions, I do not see the harm in that! Go ask at the front desk, tell her you have a medical reason why you need to be more gentle right now! Sheeesh... you are still post-pardum... don't people GET IT???

I'm sorry that doctors are such imbeciles... pretty much the way I get treated by them these days too. Google is my doctor now, LOL. I really do hope that the bleeding stops on it's own. Have you tried bathing in Epsom salts? That really seems to heal me up when I need it! Worth a try!!!
