Day 4 of T25 and my scale addiction

I'm starting to fall into a very bad habit I have and that is jumping on the scale not just once a day but pretty much every time I go in the bathroom. It wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't get so defeated by the number going up and down. Over the past few days I've been everywhere from 157 to 161...I need to back away from the scale and no matter how tempting only weigh myself on Staturday...which is the day T25 has you remeasure and weigh yourself.
Today was Ab Intervals and wasn't as demanding as the previous videos. I was able to keep up rep wise but had to modify the V-sit for now until I build up my strength. Kind of got concerned about the guy in the back he looked like he about to stroke out but he made it through...lol
I keep going back and forth on the Shakeology/Advocare/Herbalife stuff. I want to try it but $120 a month is pretty steep and what if i don't like it? I did find it on Ebay pretty cheap but don't think that's the best place to buy something your going to put in your body...I watch way to much Fringe.
A coworker just makes her own protein shakes with Vanilla Body Milk powder, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice...I may go that route instead. Hmmmm so many options.

    If I were you I would try something such as hiding your scale so that you aren't so tempted to weigh in throughout the week. Personally, I would probably just make my own shakes because it's cheaper and I'm sure you can make them better for you and to your own taste. Good luck!
