Backwards and Forwards

I'm eating too may carbs now. I think a combination of boredom and cutting down too much too fast. I've never been a cold turkey kind of girl. I've always been a "slow progress" kind of girl.

and in turn, I'm tired and I have headaches. haha


Someone listened and now I'm gonna get my physical therapy evaluation for my knee next week. I can't wait. I really need this. I can't exercise if my knee hurts too much.

so that much is AWESOME!

    Headaches on low carb are usually caused by too little salt. The first few pounds you drop are mostly water that you've been retaining. With that water goes a lot of your electrolytes. Try some broth a couple of times a day. It often helps with the fatigue as well.

    Sorry you knee hurts. I know it's no fun, has I have been through PT (physical therapy) for my knee twice and my foot once!

    I am the same way with carbs, every week I cut down a little! Good luck!
