...with myself. So weighing myself once a month is NOT going to work because I put on 4 pounds this month! So new plan time.
Need to turn unhealthy habits into healthy ones.
First up: no more snacking at night. That's it. One snack leads to a major binge so I have to stop with dinner.
Next up: using Netflix to do strength training. I hope there are some videos on there to use. If not I will find a few DVD's to use and either way will buy hand weights to use at home.
Next month I will explore more changes to make.
