I am making my own personal challenge to myself. I started this last Monday. I am not setting any other goals except that I go to the Y daily. I have a habit of expecting too much of myself in the beginning and I have decided to take it slow.
My long range goal is to lose 50 pounds by 2015. I want to lose this weight, learn to maintain and keep it off.
I am sure I will achieve whatever I set out to do with the help of everyone on SP.
