Well I'm on day #4 and doing pretty well this week. I've managed to get my workout yesterday. Since I couldn't do 2 rounds of Jillian's cardio I went with Turbofire 45 instead. I left out the jumps but did manage to do the whole workout. Eating wasn't as good as I wanted b/c i left dinner up to my hubby. Oh well - at least he handled it!
Today -struggling as I keep waking up at 3:30 am which is not the best time to wake up. I got my JMBR #1 and cardio 1 workout in. I do not plan to blow my hard work on halloween candy tonight. However, if we stop and eat mexican food a 'rita might be hard to pass up. : )
Gotta keep working hard and just maybe I'll hit my goal by 12/17 as Sparkpeople projected that could be my date!
