So many squats!

On Mondays in strength class, we've been doing squat pyramids. These have been leaving my legs sore for two days. Apparently we are doing the CF total either this or next week. I can't wait to see if I've made any improvement.

This week it was:
1x10 @98
1x8 @108
1x6 @118
1x9 @103
1x7 @113
1x5 @123

We also did Romanian deadlifts and weighted box jumps (5x3). Those freak me out. Rx was 25# in each hand. I didn't think I'd get anywhere near that, but I did 4 of my sets at 20 and one at 25, but I did 2 instead of 3 because I was terrified, but I'm proud I did that many!

On Wednesdays, we bench press. This week we did 8x3 and I did 88#. It was tough!
Then we did pendelay rows (5x5) and another lactate threshold miniWOD:

30 seconds on/30 seconds off for 9 minutes:
-Strict pull-ups (I used bands)
-HSPU or push ups (I did normal push-ups)
-Bent over row
