I still feel pretty psychologically strong and committed.
I think I feel cognitively clearer with a few sugar-free days under my belt but it's hard to know how much of that is self-fulfilling expectation at this point.
I picked up some mint-chocolate chip flavored sugar free gum and am going to try to keep that handy instead of white-knuckling it all day today.
In any case, I'm really glad I joined this challenge. Planning to check in this way has been helpful.
