Midway through Week 1 of the Revamp

My mother showed up to visit last night.....with cookies. Sheesh. And I love cookies. Especially hers. I will feel guilty about throwing them out after she leaves, but I'll feel even guiltier eating all of them. But I'm definitely going to do it.

I'm currently rocking the breakfast and lunch thing. I've stuck to the recommended sparkpeople meals and they are actually pretty good! I totally recommend the peppers and hummus pita if you've never done that one!

Dinner and exercise... you remain aloof and distant in my life this week. Hopefully we improve our relationship next week.
