About six weeks ago my back hurt like hell. The doctor told me that it is a herniated disc. As far as he was concerned, I needed to see a chiropractor. Failing that, surgery. I decided that no ways was I going to waste time and money on more quacks. So, I started stretching, slowly but surely. Every day, stretching a little more and for longer periods of time. Now I am almost totally off pain medication and back to my normal routine. My point here is - where there is will - there is a way!!!
