2. 5 servings of Fruits and Vegetables: For leafy vegetables like lettuce and spinach one serving is 1 cup; for all other fruits and vegetables 1/2 cup is a serving.
How about all you people that celebrate Halloween and have so many candies around...keep a bowl of baby carrots or broccoli or some other veggie close at hand...or grapes and grab one of those items in place of the candy when you want it? Just a thought!
