Every Wednesday, my status update includes the word "PiYo" -- one of my favorite classes at the gym, which is offered only once a week.
Over email yesterday, a friend asked me what PiYo was like. As I was typing my answer, I realized I had a hard time putting words to it. I said "lots of planks, mountain climbers, Warrior 2s, and lunges" -- which is all true -- but didn't think it was accurate enough. So I went to YouTube and look at that! Lots of PiYo Strength videos!
