I'm getting pretty tired of my excuses!

Like the title says. I'm pretty tired of them.
For years I have let them allow myself to gain the weight that I did, and they let me give up when I should have kept going.

I'm not too tired because exercising is worth it!
My back hurts too much when I know it doesn't, in fact it makes it feel better!
I'll do extra tomorrow. HAHAHAHAHA nope....
Skipping one day will be fine. Yea than one days leads to two than 3 months has passed. Are you happy?
I don't have time today/I'm to tired from work. Whats worth more Echo? Sleeping in for another hour, when your already past 8 hours, or getting your body to a happy place? Answer that with your head buried in your pillow.


So I need to read this every time I feel like giving up.
I need to remind myself to read this post and look at this picture(because its my look how good you looked pic) and remember how important this was to me in this moment and hopefully I will get my motivation back.

    It is super hard to get back into working out after just a couple of days off! Keep pushing yourself - it will be worth it!

    O.K. THAT IS GOOD ABOUT EXCUSE'S. BUT LIKE I TELL SPARKER'S YOUR BODY IS NOT USE TO CHANGE. IT TAKES TIME. SOON IT WILL LISTEN. TRUST ME.WHILE EXERCISE, WALKING PUT IN IN YOUR BRAIN. IT HAS POWER YOU KNOW AND YOUT BREATHING,TOO.
