Last Saturday at Lunch Time my Sister (MOMINE) gave me My Very Own Spark Activity Tracker. I am LOVING it so far.
At first I had No Intention of attempting to reach the SparkPeople Challenge of 100,000 Steps in October for Spark Trackers. But then Yesterday morning I realized that I was already at 58% of that Goal -- Thanks to the Nifty Little Graph that they add to Your Fitness Page when you install the Tracker on your Computer.
Since then I have been Walking, Pacing, Marching In Place, Recumbent Biking, and Ellipticalizing like a Crazy Woman. As of tonight, I am at 92% of the 100,000 Step Goal. Actually, the Truth is I have only spent about 30 - 45 minutes Extra each day with Exercise.
Excuse Me, I have to go rest my Walking Shoes and get ready for Tomorrow.
