Fit2Feast Streak - Day 1

I decided to start the SP Fit2Feast streak today!
Success for day 1 :-)
My streakn is :
Exercise EVERY day for minimum of 30 min
And
Drink min. 8 glasses of water daily.
It's a 27 day streak challenge -
Nov 1st - Nov 27th (Thanksgiving)...hence Fit 2Feast ;)
But I started today.
I will probably be entering in my daily status (like Pixie does)
the day of the streak I'm on and if it's successful - they want you to be accountable,
so they suggest doing this.
If any of you, my wonderful spark friends, want to join me -
I'd love it :-)))

    I decided not to join any challenges for awhile. I didn't play the game well on the 55+ challenge I joined and I know it took a lot of work to put it together. I just can't organize my time well enough to do it all - track - exercise - blog - plan... work and home/yard duties. I joined the spark coach and am in the motivation/commitment segment and they have daily challenges so I am going to stick with one thing at a time. I think it must be my abundance of testosterone... ha ha ha.

    I will cheer you on and rejoice in your accomplishments all the way though so do share! You are a SC member too aren't you?

    I am doing the Fit Foods challenge and so far, so good. I think having these challenges is a good way to stay motivated. Happy streaking! emoticon
