Today was another not so good day, though some good came of it, I suppose. Goals were about half met. For the last day of my skinny jeans challenge, I need to list 3 things that I love about my body that have nothing to do with size...
1. my strength to run and be active.
2. my health.
3. my confidence to discuss healthy body image with my daughter.

I'm not quite into my skinny jeans yet, but I'm closer than I was and I can't wait to get there!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-30 day shred Level 2 and skinny jeans workout
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-decide on a new 30 day challenge
-in bed before 10
