Eating right & exercising really does pay off.
Now that it's colder I've begun making my beef soup. I want to call it stew but I don't add too much flour -which is carbs of the worse kind. Making soups is a perfect way to warm up & eat healthy where cause it is a delicious way to enjoy an endless array of vegetables in a broth of your favorite flavor -beef, chicken, vegetarian , etc..
I loved seeing the great affect on my glucose readings too !
