One outcome of working out more is to feel stronger both mentally and physically! The physical outcome seems to be obvious, as working out builds muscle. As for feeling stronger mentally, I really think that mental power is underrated. I love the theory "Fake it til you make it" and the amount of people who have succeeded by this mantra is astounding. But what is more empowering is not having to fake it! Imaging simply having the confidence, without having to fake it! What a world it would be!
