I am keeping the faith and moving forward. I did manage to not exceed my allotted caloric intake, but I did snack a lot more than I like to. I did get in 30 minutes on my recumbent bike and will probably make my 2000 minutes of physical fitness for October if I workout tomorrow. I am just shy of 1900 minutes. If I don't make it, I will still be fine, but it was an unwritten goal I had in the back of my mind. Stress is trying to creep back into my life with work, but I am trying to relax and let things happen as they happen. I can not control everything and everyone; I can only work within the resources provided.
