I'm keeping an eye on the weather for Friday the 1st. So far so good. It's raining in the early morning hours, but should be okay by the time I start moving. The movers are coming in the afternoon, and I'm meeting my new landlord in the morning to sign the lease.
Got all my goals done yestarday and today. Got alot more packing done. I'm down to one plate, one bowl, and one spoon, and fork. Today I cleaned my fridge, and oven. What a mess that was.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 mintues of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
