Today has been a successful day. I have not really snacked. I had two mini chocolate bars and that is it. I have had fruit and salad and a decent supper which was left overs but still delicious.
I also have been drinking my water
I hit the gym and accomplished about an hour there. I completed a mile in 13:49minutes I was so stoked but not only did I complete it in under 14 minutes but I challenged myself by running 2.5 minute intervals twice and then a 2 minute. I also did 5 minutes after with a 5.5 incline. Do you see that skinny in me? I do!!! So focused and feel amazing when at the gym.
I did a variety of strength training. Crunches, arm curls, chest presses, and legs. I did a lot and know the potential of being sore tomorrow but I don't care. Oh and I can not for get to say I did 2 sets of 10second planks.
I am so happy with myself and I can not wait to weigh in tomorrow and do measurements.
