Focus T25 Day 2 and 3

Quick Blog yesterday was day 2: Speed 1.0. I really liked it. When I woke up in the morning yesterday my abs were sore! I loved that! T25 has simple moves that allows me to focus on things like lifting with my abs and keeping my core tight, etc. So even just doing a cardio workout the day before left my abs sore the next day. I felt them a lot last night when I did Speed 1.0 and again I was able to focus on keeping my core tight.

Ive had no knee pain and I feel like Im getting a good workout in as I do the workout. Im liking this program so far! I need to pause it while I go out of town for a day, but I plan on doing the workout I will miss over the weekend and call it even.

All in all things are good. I dont think Ill be on again until Friday night or Saturday I hope you all have Sparktastic days! See you all this weekend!
