Quick Blog – yesterday was day 2: Speed 1.0. I really liked it. When I woke up in the morning yesterday my abs were sore! I loved that! T25 has simple moves that allows me to focus on things like lifting with my abs and keeping my core tight, etc. So even just doing a cardio workout the day before left my abs sore the next day. I felt them a lot last night when I did Speed 1.0 – and again I was able to focus on keeping my core tight.
I’ve had no knee pain and I feel like I’m getting a good workout in as I do the workout. I’m liking this program so far! I need to pause it while I go out of town for a day, but I plan on doing the workout I will miss over the weekend and call it even.
All in all – things are good. I don’t think I’ll be on again until Friday night or Saturday – I hope you all have Sparktastic days! See you all this weekend!
