P-plan/prepare: With Trick or Treat this week I guess I'm lucky I don't live in town so no Trick or treaters at my house. So I don't have to worry about all the candy. My Dad keeps his candy in his room. It is going to be rainy the rest of the week so I will be doing DVD's the rest of this week it looks like.
A-act consistently/track: I know this is what works and it finally showed up on my scale this week, so no problem here.
W-write a blog about week: This week I stuck with my program with a few small changes like varying my calories from low range to high range, and I lost 5 lbs! I have packed snacks to take with me on my errands or to work for the last week and it kept me from mindless eating. All in all SP wise it was a really good week.
S- set SV and NSV for the week. Usually if I have a big loss I either maintain or have a small gain the next week. So this coming week I want to lose another pound. I have 1 pair of brand new size 12 jeans I bought last year in my closet with the tags on them. I am going to try them on when I get my nerve up this week.
E-execute movement: Today I overslept and I almost always workout in the morning. So today on my break I got in a 13 minute walk, and I hope to get another in later.
