Day 213 - Did 4 Miles on the Treadmill

I had an amazingly great sleep last night! The puppy was worn out the night before and he slept until when my son normally gets up, but I was awake by then...just resting in bed. emoticon

I felt energized this morning, so instead of doing 2 - 3 miles on the treadmill, I did 4 miles! emoticon

What was great about the treadmill is that I can see my progress. I actually did my first mile in 15 minutes!!! I literally shaved off 2 minutes!!! emoticon

Combining the first 3 miles total would average 16 minute miles! Again, shaving off 3 minutes total! emoticon

On my 4th mile, I decided to raise the incline on the treadmill to its max 10% and walked at 2.0 for the next .30 miles. That is actually some hard work!!! I really feel it in my butt!!! emoticon

Then I just completed the rest of that mile with a light jog. emoticon

I am feeling amazing and I am hoping that I can record a new weight loss soon! emoticon

Today is the start of my Monday, but it is a very easy 2 hour shift. Not really worth going to work for... Also, I have to take my puppy for his next round of shots and a checkup. He is growing by leaps and bounds!
