PMS and Halloween

It's only Wed and so far, I've over-indulged (binged...) on three hardy, butter-laden, fatty meals this week... Plus I've got PMS coming up in the wake of Halloween. I'm already feeling bloated and heavy. I'm hoping if I eat light the next couple days I can put myself in a better position next week. I really don't do well during PMS.

    PMS time is a real struggle for me too. I find my body wants to sleep, and consume protein and carbs. I know part of this is natural, but the protein and carbs I want is not baked chicken and sweet potato....it's FRIED chicken and taters! lol.
