Well, the last two months have not been pretty. Since vacation things have been stressful at work and stressful at home. I can't say I've even been "trying" lately. I've re-gained about 15 pounds.
A coworker and I have discussed that our weightloss and exercise are things we can control in our lives right now with everything that's going on at work... today I'm going to take steps to take back that control.
I'm resetting my Striiv to get my motivation back to get my 10,000 steps in each day. I'll head to the gym this morning before going to work. I'm going to start tracking my food.
