I read a very interesting article yesterday that made me thing about how I drink my water. It seems silly, HOW to drink water but I usually down it so I can get it all in and out too before bedtime. You know, so I can sleep without getting up a zillion times a night! And then came this article which is best said by using a potted plant as your body. If you dump a glass of water onto the plant, a bit is absorbed but the rest runs out the bottom because it's too much at a time for the soil to handle but if you pour just a little, then wait to pour more, the soil and plant can absorb it all.

So too with our bodies. You want them not only to drink the water but to absorb it too. This helps on two fronts. Your body needs that water and being absorbed, you won't run to the bathroom as much. Something to ponder!

    I know - they say water is great for weight loss... I know why: you burn extra calories running back and forth from the bathroom!!!!! Good thought!
